Lick-or-ish, was born out of the love hate relationship people have with liquorish. This sauce was originally made for the Pontefract Liquorish Festival.
Lick-or-ish is Sauceome used as a marinade or pour on sauce. Works with all meats, veggies and cheeses, plus soups, sauces and gravies.
Ingredients
Tomatoes, Orange juice, Pears, Date syrup,
Cherry Juice, White Onion, Cherries, White wine vinegar,
Chillies (5%, Moruga, Fatalii, Habanero) Demerara sugar,
Liquorice Powder, Carrot, Lemon juice, Smoked paprika,
Garam masala, (Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Black Pepper,
Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg).
