Vics Ol’ Smokey is the chilli wimp's chimp and is the mildest sauce we produce.
Originally I designed this sauce specifically for my wife Vicky, as I know she liked a bbq sauce at the time, so I thought I’d make her one in my style.
She used to say she was a chilli wimp, so it’s the chilli wimp’s chimp.
So, one Friday afternoon with a handful of home grown Birdseye chillies and some gorgeous smoked paprika and of course with Vicky loving my creation, this sauce was the 4th chimp to be born.
Delicious with all meats, stir frys, vegetarian and vegan dishes, great for pizza sauce, or added into soups, sauces and gravies.
Hey..it can just be enjoyed as a pour on or dipping sauce.
I love using this as my ketchup.
While this IS a vegan sauce, (no animal products used at all) it’s Delicious on all the meat you can eat or fish you can dish. So do yourself a favour, buy yourself this flavour and scream if you wanna go hotter!! Confusing? Ingredients: Tomatoes, Demerara Sugar, White wine vinegar, Onion, Water, Lemon juice, Garlic, Chillies (0.77%), Ground Caraway (0.15%)
